Situated in Thiruvananthapuram district, this temple is famed for its Ariyittu Vaazhcha festival. The festival is conducted on the ninth day of Malayalam month of Makaram (mid January – mid February). The members of the royal family of the erstwhile princely state of Travancore perform this ritual. The temple is situated at Kizhakkupuram and is around 4 kms from Attingal town in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
